Each portal is operated by that clearing firm, not by BTR Trading Group — password resets, account access and anything you see inside it are handled by them, though we are happy to help you get to the right person.

We will never ask for your password
Nobody from BTR will ever ask for a portal login, and we will never send you a link asking you to confirm one. If something claiming to be us does, do not click it — call the desk on the number below and we will tell you whether it came from here.
A BTR portal is on the way
We are building one place to see every account, whichever firm clears it, so you do not have to remember which door is yours. In the meantime, all account information can be securely accessed via our FCM partners.
