Remote Execution

TradeCast

Your strategy stays on your machine. Only the orders travel.

TradeCast takes the signals your platform already produces — TradeStation, TradingView, NinjaTrader, MultiCharts and more — and executes them in the accounts you manage or that follow you, at the FCMs those accounts clear through. No migration, no code handed over, no order entry per account. Works for CTAs and developers alike.

Why broadcast

Built for developers who would rather not hand over the code

Hosting a strategy means shipping it somewhere. TradeCast means leaving it where it already runs and broadcasting what it decides. The execution stack on our side is the same either way.

The TradeCast Provider Portal: webhook status with a pause control, a list of enrolled strategies each with its own pause button, and the current session's signals
The TradeCast Portal. Your strategies, your signals, and a pause button per strategy.

Your code never leaves

The TradeCast Agent forwards order notifications for the strategies you enroll — nothing else. Logic, workspaces, parameters and your own account details stay on your computer.

One signal, every account

Every account that follows a strategy receives the identical signal, sized to that account. BTR does the fan-out across accounts and across FCMs. You send one order. Translate minis to micros or vice versa.

The platform you already run

Almost any platform is supported. Anything that can post a webhook can broadcast. Native support for SMTP/DLL connectivity in any platform that supports it. Nothing to port, nothing to recompile.

Keep what already works

TradeCast sits beside your existing setup, not in place of it. Don’t waste time reconfiguring your setup to your broker’s dependencies. If you need something custom, we’ll code it.

Guardrails on every signal

Signals are signed, checked for duplicates and refused if they arrive stale. Size limits per provider and per route stop an oversized order at the door. Nothing is partially guessed.

A portal that shows your side

Every signal, its outcome and the average fill, with a pause button that stops your flow instantly and never touches an open position. Lightweight and accessible over the web, so it doesn’t have to slow down your trading rig.

How it works

Four steps from your chart to a client’s fill

Fast setup on your end. Install a local broadcast agent for platforms that support it. Set up webhooks for everything else. After that, the configuration is on our end.

  1. Enroll

An agreement, a strategy label and an enrollment code from the desk. We map the label to the contract it trades and to the accounts that will follow it.

  2. Connect

TradeStation: run the TradeCast Agent installer and point Messaging at it. TradingView: paste your private webhook URL into an alert. No servers to rent, no code to send us.

  3. Broadcast

Your strategy fires as it always has. The signal reaches TradeCast in seconds, is verified, and becomes one order in each following account at that account’s size.

  4. Watch

The portal shows every signal and its outcome. Pause one strategy or all of them yourself, or call a broker who is already looking at the same flow.

Connections

Connect from where the strategy already lives

Two of these take minutes and need nothing from us but a code. The rest are a short conversation.

TradeCast Agent

TradeStation

A small Windows service receives the strategy’s notification e-mails and forwards the enrolled ones, signed, over HTTPS. One installer, one Messaging setting. About five minutes.

Webhook alert

TradingView

No software at all. TradingView’s own alert webhooks post to your private endpoint. In position-broadcast mode each alert states your current position, so a missed alert corrects itself on the next one.

TradeCast Agent

NinjaTrader

Strategies running in NinjaTrader 8 connect through the Agent. Your local NinjaTrader flow keeps working alongside it.

Agent or webhook

MultiCharts

MultiCharts strategies connect through the Agent or a webhook, depending on how the strategy signals today. We will tell you which on the first call.

Webhook / API

Anything else

A Python script, a custom platform, a bot in a spreadsheet — if it can send a line of JSON over HTTPS, it can broadcast. Signed requests, documented fields, plain responses.

For CTAs and managers

One decision. Every account. Every FCM.

Reduce your trading complexity. Broadcast one signal to TradeCast and it hits each target account at its own allocation and specific contract.

  • Accounts at multiple FCMs, filled from a single signal
  • Per-account sizing set with the desk, not hard-coded in the strategy
  • Positions reconciled against each clearing firm’s own report
  • Pause one strategy without touching the others

Futures trading is complex and carries the risk of substantial losses. It is not suitable for all investors and you should not rely on any of the information herein as a substitute for the exercise of your own skill and judgment in making a decision on the appropriateness of such investments.

Questions

What providers ask before they connect

What happens if my internet drops or an alert is missed?

The Agent stores what it could not send and retries. A signal that arrives more than about two minutes late is refused rather than executed late — a stale order is worse than a missed one. In TradingView’s position-broadcast mode the next alert restates your position, so a missed one corrects itself.

Can I pause?

Yes — one strategy or all of them, from the portal, instantly. Pausing never touches open positions. If signals arrived while you were paused, resuming waits for the desk to confirm positions first, so nothing resumes out of sync.

How is the connection secured?

Every signal is signed with a key issued to you, verified on arrival and logged. Keys rotate in seconds if one leaks. A TradingView endpoint can be locked to TradingView’s own servers. Duplicates are dropped and oversized signals are refused with an alarm on our side.

What does it cost?

It depends on the program and how it will be followed, so it is a conversation rather than a rate card. Ask the desk and you will get a plain answer.

Does this replace hosting?

It is an alternative to it. Hosting suits a strategy you would rather not run yourself. TradeCast suits one you already run and want to keep close. Some managers use both, for different programs. BTR offers both services — see our Hosted Strategy Execution page for more details.

Futures trading is complex and carries the risk of substantial losses. It is not suitable for all investors and you should not rely on any of the information herein as a substitute for the exercise of your own skill and judgment in making a decision on the appropriateness of such investments. Diversification does not assure a profit or protect against loss in declining markets. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Remote execution addresses how orders reach an account; it does not change the market risk of the strategy that generates them.
